We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment.  Some of the ways we achieve this goal are by using bio-degradable serving items such as paper (not plastic) straws, wooden utensils, and compostable cups.  Additionally, we re-purpose all of our cooking oil and use only sustainable ingredients.
